What we’re building
Agents will be rapidly replacing apps on the consumer level. We are starting with building agents that allow users to use AI in a way that strengthens their choice and autonomy. We are also building more sophisticated tools that allow people to control the AI systems in their life. Along the way we are encountering lots of challenges, ranging from everything RAG and context engineering, dynamic model evaluation, agentic interaction, cyber and DevOps related.
Job requirements
This is not a "manager" role. This is a hands-on, high-velocity execution role. You will be the first marketer on the ground. You are the media buyer, the copywriter, the designer, and the strategist wrapped in one. If you are a relentless executor and want to build a revenue engine from scratch with a significant budget and total autonomy, this is your arena.
Your first 12 months
We are pre-launch and currently in stealth. You will be responsible for putting our product into the hands of a large number of users within the first year. Start lean, then scale growth aggressively once you crack the audience and hit audience-channel fit. You will need to know exactly which tools to use at the right time.
You will
Own paid and organic marketing strategy and execution, including budget forecasting, allocation, and revenue planning across Meta, TikTok, ASA, Reels, SEO, and content marketing.
Lead data-driven experimentation across channels to understand the customer journey from prospect to active user, testing formats, hooks, CTAs, and distribution to optimize performance.
Build reports and dashboards to track channel performance at campaign and creative level, and guide development of analytics, BI, and adtech infrastructure for end-to-end visibility.
Lead market intelligence by monitoring trends, competitors, and emerging growth methodologies.
Work closely with the co-founders and product teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
What we’re looking for
4–8 years of direct experience running growth at a start-up.
Zero-to-one experience setting up analytics and tracking systems from scratch and finding channel fit through rapid experimentation across multiple channels.
Demonstrated experience running 6-figure+ paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and ASA.
Experience growing a social media profile organically to a large number of engaged followers from scratch.
Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of LTV modeling, mobile attribution, and interpreting performance data to drive decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and are not intimidated by ambiguity or change. You enjoy new challenges and jump in headfirst when facing an issue.
Comfortable operating with autonomy, hitting deadlines, and influencing senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
No need to wait for design to ship creatives or landing pages. You use Canva/Figma and Framer/web builders to execute fast turnarounds independently.
SQL / data skills to query data, analyze metrics, and turn insights into growth strategy and customer discussions.
Hands-on enough to fix a pixel and set up Zapier workflows without needing a developer.
Active in online communities (X.com, Reddit, Discord, Hacker News, Product Hunt).
